Are Miška chocolates really handmade?
Yes ! Every Miška chocolate is genuinely handmade in our Staffordshire kitchen.
We use the finest Belgian couverture chocolate and premium Belgian fillings, the same professional ingredients used by luxury chocolatiers across Europe. Each truffle is individually piped, filled, rolled, dipped, and decorated by hand, creating unique artisan pieces that balance flavour, texture, and beauty.
Even though some of our fillings are professionally crafted for longer stability, everything you see and taste , from layering, flavour blending, to decoration, is done by hand with love. 🤎
How long do Miška truffles last?
Each Miška truffle is handcrafted using Belgian chocolate and high quality fillings that are naturally stable. Thanks to the purity of the chocolate and the balance of ingredients, our truffles stay beautifully fresh for up to 3 months when stored below 20°C and away from direct sunlight.
Once opened, we recommend enjoying them within 7 days for the best flavour and texture.
Every box is clearly marked with a Best Before date so you can enjoy your truffles at their finest.
How long do Miška chocolate bars and topped chocolates last?
Our chocolate bars and topped creations are also handmade using premium Belgian couverture chocolate. Because they contain no fresh cream or dairy fillings, they naturally last longer , up to 6 months from production if kept cool and dry.
Once opened, we recommend enjoying within 2–3 weeks for perfect flavour and snap.
How should I store Miška chocolates?
To preserve their texture, shine, and flavour:
- Keep your chocolates in a cool, dry place below 20°C.
- Avoid direct sunlight, humidity, or strong odours (chocolate easily absorbs smells).
- Do not refrigerate, as this can cause a dull surface or sugar bloom.
If your room is very warm, you can refrigerate them briefly, but always seal them airtight and let them come to room temperature before enjoying.
What are the ingredients in Mishka chocolates?
All Miška creations are made with premium Belgian couverture chocolate, known for its rich flavour and smooth texture.
Typical ingredients (depending on flavour):
Belgian chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), sweetened condensed milk (milk, sugar), long-life whipped cream, Callebaut fillings (dark, milk, or white), natural flavourings, alcohol (for liqueur truffles), Biscoff biscuits (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils, soya flour), peanut butter (peanuts, salt), desiccated coconut, caramel, praline paste (hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa butter), and assorted toppings such as nuts, biscuits, or sprinkles.

May contain nuts, peanuts, gluten, and egg.
All Mishka chocolates are produced in an environment that handles nuts, peanuts, gluten, milk, soya, and eggs. Although every effort is made to avoid cross contamination, traces may be present.
