Returns & Refunds Policy

We’re all about spreading joy, comfort, and a sprinkle of indulgence — and we take pride in making every Mishka delivery as special as the last.
Because our truffles, treats, and handmade goodies are freshly made and perishable, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any food items.

Perishable Products

Due to the nature of our products (we’re talking chocolatey, creamy, and made to melt in your mouth), we can’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order has been shipped.
We hope you understand — it’s all about food safety and ensuring every bite is perfect from our kitchen to your hands.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if we’ve sent you the wrong item (oops — we’re human too), please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package at mishkatruffles@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item(s) in question

We’ll review your message and do our absolute best to make things right.

Clothing & Lifestyle Items

For non-perishable Mishka items (like clothing or accessories), we may accept returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

To request a return for a non-food item, email us at mishkatruffles@gmail.com before sending anything back. We do not cover return shipping unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

EU Customers – Cooling Off Period

If you're based in the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day “cooling off” period for non-perishable items, where you can cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be in its original condition as outlined above.
Please note: this does not apply to perishable items, including our chocolates and edible treats.
